The rice smoothing toner makes dry and rough skin smooth and moisturized with the ingredient of rice ferment filtrate.
Suggested use
After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with toner and sweep over face to remove impurities or any remaining residue from the skin.
Shake lightly before use so that the Rice Ferment Filtrate is well mixed.
