Would've given 5 stars but...read the review

What I got isn't what I saw on the image, but it is indeed a 40A12V battery charger. It is a smart charger(I don't think it's from SUOER because I don't see their branding on it). Apart from this, this charger works great, and I would implore the seller to upload the actual product image. If anyone else was wondering what it looked like it says DC-1240A Smart Fast Charger. It doesn't have the current knob like in the image, it does have a 7 segment display with two buttons(one on each side of the display). On the display, it shows voltage level, temperature, battery level, charge current, and time since it started charging).
