Product details

Nettle leaf, also known as stinging nettle, is a plant that is often used for its medicinal properties, and its high nutrient content makes it a valuable addition to a healthy diet.

One of the main uses of nettle leaf dried is as a natural anti-inflammatory. It contains compounds that can help to reduce inflammation in the body, which may be useful for people with conditions such as arthritis or allergies.

Nettle leaf is also a natural diuretic, which means it can help to increase urine output and promote detoxification. This may be helpful for people with urinary tract infections or kidney stones.

In addition to its anti-inflammatory and diuretic properties, nettle leaf is also a rich source of vitamins and minerals. It is particularly high in vitamin C, vitamin K, and iron, and is also a good source of calcium and magnesium.

Nettle leaf can be consumed as a tea or taken in supplement form. It can also be used topically as a treatment for skin conditions such as ecezma

  • The stinging nettle: Urtica dioica, also known as common nettle, is a widely spread and popular herb across Central, Eastern and Western Europe.
  • 100% Natural and pure: Our nettle leaves are free from any additives, preservatives or flavors - a 100% natural product.
  • Quality along the whole value chain: The stinging nettle leaves come from Bulgarian mountain areas and were gently dried there. The packaging is manually made to ensure quality.
  • Tea preparation: Put 1 tablespoon per cup in boiling water and let steep for about 10 minutes. The nettle leaves can be mixed with other herbs for flavor refinement. For example, with a raspberry leaf or goldenseal.
  • Various cooking options: Dried stinging nettle is a popular ingredient for soups (whether on their own or in combination with vegetables), stews or, for example, falafel. They are also perfect for green smoothies and salads as well as an ingredient for pesto.

Reduces period cramps

I use the nettle leaves to make a tea by steeping in boiling water for some hours and drink this during my period (2ce a day) and it drastically reduces cramps, I no longer have to use Ibuprofen throughout my period unlike before. Nettle is rich in iron and many other nutrients. I highly recommend.
