MARTINI Bitter Vermouth is complex and rich, modern aperitivo inspired by the original 1872 Martini Bitter recipe. This Italian vermouth displays a beautiful crimson colour and is rested in the same Tino cask that is used to make our Riserva Speciale Vermouth di Torino extracts.
Made with quality ingredients, this dry vermouth uses specially hand-selected botanicals including Italian artemisia, Chinese rhubarb and gentian to deliver a gentle bitterness, along with roses from Bulgaria to add a delicate aromatic character.
Pair this aperitivo with salty and fatty foods like cured meat, beef tartare and Burrata to soften the bitterness.
