Cameo appearances by Joe Robertson, Redwing, and Wanda Maximoff. Thanks to a powerful hurricane, the star-spangled avenger is stuck in Miami, Florida, unable to reach the island of Cuba. Eventually though, the Air Force makes an AWACS plane available to Cap with a surprise passenger: Wanda Maximoff. The Scarlet W wants to accompany the shield-slinger on his mission, however in a mildly tense moment...Cap declines her help. In the meantime, the Anti-Captain America captures Leila Taylor and the Falcon. And then he said commandeers a C-130 from Guantanamo Bay and takes off for the States -- with his two prisoners in the cargo hold! But next the unthinkable happens! The C-130 collides in mid-air with Cap's AWACS plane! Wow! Who will make it to the ground safely? And who will end up lost at sea? And together with Redwing they find the mysterious item -- which Leila Taylor was trying to smuggle into the States. Meanwhile, the exhausted Falcon reaches Miami with Leila. The duo finds temporary sanctuary with several of their old Harlem friends. But it's only temporary once the Anti-Captain America tracks them down! How will the Falcon keep himself and Leila alive vs. the powerful Anti-Cap?
