I am so happy to find organic artisan flou here at Janie’s Mill. The shipping dept deserves compliments for its fast and safe shipping too. I would love to post a picture of the delicious and beautiful birthday cake (made with organic Fredrick cake flou)that was promptly demolished. All three layers were perfectly scrumptious. have been searching for years for organic cake flou,[ i eat only organic since saw food inc! and found out about GMOS .[ one reason i didn't get the shot' i know about GMOS :] ] so glad to find for vanilla cake ,thank you! and stone ground the old way too!

Just found this place last year, already have a freezer full of flou. the fredrick is new to me, and now with my new cinnamon roll recipe this should be a treat. the cakes are awesome and perfect in taste. Can't wait to make the Cinnamon rolls. its gonna be a great day! tell your friends, tell your family, what to know its perfect and non bio made, you know the fake flou, not this its the best.

Did not try yet but we made cookies from another. Cookies were a real treat. This flou makes all the difference. It simply tastes delicious.
It has the sweet taste of flou my mother used to have by buying wheat and taking it to a stone mill. Tastes natural sweet no gunny aftertaste like the flou fro Whole Foods.
