Suggested Use: Adults:  Mix 1 rounded scoop daily (approx. 5g) with 10-12 oz. of water or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. This product may be taken in two separate half scoop (approx. 2.5g) servings twice daily.
