Not good for gaming laptops.

Leaves behind a residue, possibly acetone, when under high heat. Great for use with less demanding systems or if you're in the process of building your own PC and require a temporary paste for testing parts but it's not viscous/thick enough for a laptop. For a gaming laptop, I'd recommend ptm7950 pads. It reduced my temperatures greatly compared to this paste (from 89° to 71° on heavy load). This is a good product for low-end machines or those who frequently replace parts.
