1 week WarrantyFerns Oak Home warrants its furniture to be free of defects in workmanship and materials, to the original purchaser, for the period of 7 days.  This warranty only covers normal household use. Commercial or institutional use is not covered by warranty. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, neglect, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, abuse or misuse of the product.The colour of products vary when seen online, Ferns Oak Home will not accept any return if purchaser doesn’t like the colour.Ferns Oak Home’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, or providing product of equivalent type and quality if a replacement is unavailable. Repair or replacement shall be authorized only when it is proven to the satisfaction of Ferns Oak Home that the product as manufactured is defective.Photos of the defective product must be submitted to Ferns Oak Home before any repair, replacement will be authorized. This is a limited warranty and specifically excludes liability for consequential property or commercial damages.
