This rolled hem attachment is attached to the needle plate as shown in the product picture.
The Sewing Machine Rolled Hem needle plate attachment is suitable for all straight stitch manual (black head) and industrial sewing machines. The needle plate attachment is a rolled hem attachment that enables you create that perfect rolled hem stitches without stress.

Rolled hem attachments are accessories used to finish the edges of garments especially the tiny edges that are difficult to turn using free hand and the standard straight stitch presser foot.
The rolled hem attachment is designed to feed the hem of fabric and automatically roll it to form a continuous rolled hem finishing.
The rolled hem needle plate attachment is fitted with groove and turning channell to align the hem of the fabric while sewing.
To achieve a neat result, first determine the size of the hem and do a manual stitch of about half inch. Insert the already sewn part from behind into the rolled hem groove.
Adjust the attachment to align with the needle
Continue gently while you guide the fabric into the groove ensuring not to underfeed or over feed the fabric into the groove.
