10ml Sugar Syrup
2 Chunks of Fresh Pineapple
Method
Muddle the fresh pineapple and sugar gentle in the base of large wine glass, add all other ingredients and stir. Then, fill with crushed ice and churn well. Cap with crushed ice and garnish with pineapple leaf, nutmeg and grated lime zest.
