Solid purchase for taking long walks. The main pouch can carry a phone and a key or something very flat so that the zip can lock. For the side for water bottle, the bottle has to be atleast medium size so it doesn't fall out. If you prefer to carry more stuff inside you'll have to buy a different bag with a larger size. Works better than a step counter that counts wrongly in my opinion
