Smartwatch APP Connection Guide

• Preparation Before You Start
• Upon receiving the product, please charge it for 2–3 hours to activate the battery, then press and hold the side knob to power it on.
• Turn on Bluetooth and location (G PS) on your phone – location must be enabled, otherwise the device won't be found.
• Download the corresponding APP for Android/iOS: the QR code is in the user manual – you can also scan it with your watch.
• Select your language and register an account (using your phone number or email).
• When permission pop‑ups appear, tap "Allow" for all – notifications, Bluetooth, location, 
• and background running – otherwise message alerts and men strual cycle tracking won't sync properly.

Watch + Phone Pairing (Two Methods)

• Method 1: Scan to Bind (Recommended – highest success rate)
• Swipe down on the watch screen to open the control centre, and find [Download / QR Code] – the screen will show the APP download + binding QR code.
• Open the APP on your phone, tap the Bluetooth icon at the top right of the home page, then select [Scan to Bind].
• Scan the QR code on the watch screen. A pairing request will pop up on your phone – tap "Pair".
• A pairing confirmation will appear on the watch screen – tap ✓ to confirm, then wait 10 seconds for the connection to complete.
• Method 2: Manual Search & Bind
• On the APP home page, tap the green Bluetooth icon and select [Start Search].
• Find the device name in the list and tap it.
• A Bluetooth pairing request will pop up on your phone – tap "Confirm". A confirmation will also appear on the watch – tap to connect, and the binding is done.

Important Reminder:

• Do not connect the watch directly from your phone's system Bluetooth settings.
• Also, keep your phone close to the watch – if they are too far apart, the Bluetooth signal may be unstable and cause connection failure.

Usage Tips

• Due to professional photography of product images, there may be slight colour differences from the actual product, but it does not affect the user experience.
• If you encounter any problems during installation or use, you can refer to the product manual or visit Google and YouTube to view relevant tutorial videos.
• The smartwatch measurement principle is completely different from that of me dical equipment. It is only for sports and fitness reference, thank you.

How to use it?

• First use
• Download the app and connect the wristband.
• Open the Bluetooth on your phone, scan the QR code of the instruction manual through the app to download the app.
• Connect the wristband in the app and ensure that the phone grants all permissions to the app.
• If unable to connect, restart the wristband and try again.
• Press and hold the function key for 3 seconds to turn on the watch.
• Tap or press the function key to light up the screen.
• After restarting the wristband, the data will be cleared but saved in the app.
