Balance of Nature comes in 2 containers, one for Veggies and one for Fruits, with 90 capsules in each. The company recommends taking 6 capsules a day for a month long supply.

Both of these supplements are made from powdered berries, vegetables, fruits and herbs. Which one has the healthier ingredient list though?
Comparing the fruits, berries, vegetables and herbs contained in these 2 supplements, the GOvana vitamins clearly have the better ingredients versus Balance of Nature.
The Fruit Blend has many high-antioxidant berries, such as blueberry, raspberry, amla, cranberry, goji and açai. As well as healthy fruits like lemon, noni, papaya, pomegranate and mangosteen.
The Vegetable Blend has nutrient-rich alfalfa, spinach and broccoli as the first 3 ingredients listed. By convention, these should be the most predominant by weight.
