Non-satisfaction on product's performance

It didn't beat/mix my sugar and butter well, I could still feel the sugar grains after more than 20minutes of mixing. But other products I used in the past mixed well in lesser minutes. You need to improve on the product's beating/mixing strength, and on the compartment that makes it to exhume smokey smell in a short time.
